Pallets should be something you don't have to worry about while trying to run your business. We understand that some managers prefer a "hands off" approach and can help you with that, leaving you more time to manage the day to day activities of your business. We can keep stock of your pallets for you and deliver as needed. We can do the work of unloading for you and make sure the area is kept as clean as when we arrived. We can bring a pallet jack or utilize your forklift to keep you stocked. We are experienced with all lift types and the safety needed to use them correctly.
Oops...
Sometimes mistakes happen. If you find yourself having forgot to order and needing pallets, we won't leave you stranded. Though we are closed for deliveries on the weekend, the phone is always on and on that occasion can typically get you taken care of that day. And we won't charge you an "after hours" fee.
PAYMENTS
We provide you with flexible payment options. For those who prefer to be billed, we have 30 day terms. If you need more time, we can work that out.
We have never sent an account to collections as we understand that things happen, and would rather work with a customer to keep that relationship than to place those tactics above the rapport we have built.
We also accept all major credit cards or checks.
CLEAN GROUNDS
Many of our customers have saved even more by eliminating that roll off dumpster used to dispose of broken pallets. We can remove most of those for you, and depending on size, may be able to offer a credit toward future invoices. Some restrictions apply on what we can remove. If this is an interest to you, please discuss with us and we can outline this together.
No Hidden Fees
One of the most frustrating elements of purchasing for your business is the hidden fees. These can turn a good deal into a nightmare fast. We will never add on a fee. All of our deliveries within the Salt Lake Valley are FREE and outside the valley, we try to make this as absolutely reasonable as possible, typically $35.00. The price you are told is exactly the price you will pay.
